Bryan has a passion for positively impacting under-resourced populations, where he brings experience in grassroots fundraising, strategy and management consulting, and financial operations and analysis.
In 2003, Bryan co-founded and served as chairperson of the St. Michael’s College DREAM Program.
Bryan is currently the Senior Director of Clinical Informatics and Quality Management at Continuum Health Alliance, where he is primarily responsible for the management and oversight of population health analytics and operations; including the Medicare ACO and Horizon Healthcare Innovations programs. His team takes innovative approaches to Population Health Management in order to achieve the “Triple Aim in Care” of increasing quality, reducing cost and utilization, and improving the patient experience; his team was acknowledged for this work with the Marcum Innovation of the Year Award and he was recognized by South Jersey Biz Magazine as a member of the “Top20 Under 40.” He previously worked at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where he was involved in various roles within financial administration and decision support.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Michael’s College with Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Strategic Management and International Business from Villanova University, and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies.
