Program Overviews & Handouts

  • DREAM Summary: This 3-page packet describes the need for a program like DREAM, why mentoring works, how DREAM is unique in its field, and the results we have seen since DREAM began.
  • DREAM Brochure: This 2-sided, tri-fold, pamphlet is a quick look at DREAM as a state wide-mentoring organization.
  • DREAM Evaluations Summary: Sometimes donors like to see the facts.  Although we are just in the beginning stages of evaluating the program, here is a quick one pager of what DREAM has accomplished.
  • DREAM Evaluations Analysis: This is a more in-depth analysis of the summary above.
  • Camp Summary: This 3-page packet describes the need for strong summer intervention, why camp works, and how DREAM plans on meeting the need.
  • Camp Brochure: This 2-sided, tri-fold, pamphlet is a quick look at the camp.

DREAM Stationary & Logos

  • Letterhead: DREAM stationary can be used for donation requests, or other letters pertaining to DREAM.
  • Fax Cover Sheet: In case you’re sending a DREAM-related fax, here is a cover sheet you can change around to fit your needs.
  • Logos: .GIFs of DREAM's T-shirt logos.  Use to your heart’s content (it looks great in the middle of term papers).
  • Fonts: The fonts we use for Shirts and Letterheads, for PC. If you want Mac fonts, you have to use a converter... and these are stored as .ZIP files, so you need WinZip or a similar application to un-shrink them.
  • Business Cards: Business cards can be cheaply printed on stronger paper and cut out by hand.  You will have to change the contact information to suit your needs (the documents – one for the front and one for the back - can be opened with Microsoft Publisher).

Fundraiser & Event Materials

  • DREAM Brochure: A well-formatted glance at DREAM (it should be printed double sided so it can be properly folded)
  • 3 Page Summary: An in-depth look at DREAM and what it does
  • In-kind Donation Receipts and Cash Donation Receipts: For tax and record-keeping purposes, these receipts can be included in thank you notes you send to donors (in-kind donation receipts are for things like donated goods and services).
  • Thank You Card 1, Thank You Card 2, and Thank You Card 3: Here are a couple of hand drawn thank-you cards from the kids – feel free to print these off, fold ‘em up, and send ‘em off to anyone who helps DREAM out! These are great for sending out after an event too.
  • Sign-In Sheet: Print up a few of these to keep track of event or meeting attendance
  • Merchandise Price List: If you're selling stuff at a table, these come in handy
  • And last, but not least, if you want documents for specific events, check out the materials on the Mentor Section's Fundraisers Page.
